Born in Granada in 1974, after studying pre-university studies and several technical courses in cabinetmaking and carpentry, I joined the wood industry hand in hand with a family business with a long tradition in carpentry and joinery, a period that lasted 20 years .

At the same time, he always maintained a great musical interest, for instruments and musical groups, which immersed him in the observation and repair of instruments little by little, especially in relation to his skills as a carpenter.


In 2013 he decided after tackling some major projects that needed precision, specific tools and broader knowledge, took the step to specialize and acquire training of guitar experts in the construction of Spanish guitars in a traditional and artisan way. This was achieved by Stephen Hill and Pablo Requena in their guitar construction courses at the European Institute of Guitar Making (EIGM). The residence in Granada has allowed him to have relationships with many builders of this city from which he has acquired many knowledge and influence in the traditional construction of Granada. This association sets in motion a strict quality control both in the product with the construction of the same that must follow traditional and craft methods, this group of builders have also been a great influence for him.

Holder of the second prize or (silver medal) of the prestigious "Antonio Marín Montero International Guitar Builders Competition" in 2017.

Accredited and registered in the registry of Artisans of the Junta de Andalucía, complying with all the requirements demanded in these registers, as a constructor of traditional instruments.

In 2018 he collaborates with the Science Park of Granada in the research and construction of reproductions of historical instruments together with Luthier Aarón Rodríguez in the Play & music exhibition.

Participant in numerous Guitar Festivals as an exhibitor and collaborator, Petrel Guitar Festival, Valencia Guitar Festival, Granada Guitar Festival, etc ..., the most intimate collaboration with the International Festival of the Guitarra de Ronda, where he has been one of his most important collaborators and participants and especially with his professional director and guitarist Paco Seco, who has contributed especially in the development of his instruments.

In a punctual way he has dedicated himself to give masterclass of popularization of the traditional guitar and its construction and to train and perfect new luthier programming courses of construction.
